A Reference Group has been established to explore the details and working requirements of a Cash for Containers scheme in the Northern Territory by 2011. The Reference Group will look at various models, including that of South Australia’s, to ensure the financial and legal aspects of the scheme that are most suited for the Territory and more importantly it can be delivered in urban and remote centres.
